Sounds like a very rare tire size. Must be a highly modifiedMustang to accept 9 or 10" rims.

Got any photos? Must look pretty mean with all that rubber out back.

call your local ford dealer and ask to talk to the parts manager. ive gotten to be good friends with several of them this way, and they typically can get you a stellar deal directly from bfg

Every where I have looked tells me they are on national back order.

Possibly check ebay. If they have them, they HAVE them.

They dont have TAs but if you cant find anything else there is a few other 295-50-15

Why not go with a set of BFGoodrich g-Force? I know they make some really wide tires like that and supposedly its a much better tire anyways/...

If you plan on doing any 'spirited' driving, I'd strongly recommend against the Radial T/A's. I can tell you firsthand, traction is not one of their strong points. Grip is mediocre at best in dry weather, and almost nonexistant in the rain. You'll have to switch sizes to find something else, but it'll be worth it IMO. The BFG G-Force line, as baddog mentioned,is much more sport oriented.

As far as finding those specific tires, I wouldn't bet on BFG producing them anytime soon. A couple years ago they severely cut back production on the entire Radial T/A line. They may make them in small batches periodically, but that size isn't even listed on their complete size listing on the website.

Give these a try...I have access to a locator and the part number for these tires is:53415. Here are a few places:
NTB in Lombard, IL. Show +12 on hand 630-495-3005
Parrish-Mcintyre Tire in Akron, OH show 4 330-784-9710
Tire Kingdon-TAC in Dallas TX show 3877-682-7500
Alban Tire Corp. in Springfield, VA show 2 703-455-9300
NTB in Langhorne, PA show 3 215-949-8804

Good luck, hope this helps!! I will be looking soon for a pair that size for my 68...If you find some, please post some pics, I'd love to see them.

Thanks . I will try the numbers this afternoon. And the tires have to be Radial TA's to match the front tires of my old car. It is just for show, very little go.
