I snapped some new shots of the stang and uploaded them succesfully but they are coming up as a box with the red "x". I can post the pictures and embed them in my threads or posts, but they won't show up in my profile or avatar..any ideas?

probably too big, resize them in paint or a similar program... the max size for an avatar is 140pixels x 140pixels, 20kb. there are instructions posted in the sticky at the top of this page that might help you out too.

they're already resized, less than the maximum upload size...any other ideas?
