need help about buying a bullitt

hey whats up people i'm new, i need help, i'm about to buy my first car, i saw a 2001, i think it looked pretty new, bullit with 7,000 miles for $18,500 the car is 4605 cc V8 engine producing 265 bhp and 305 lb-ft, rwd, 3,273 lbs, 20/29mpg, 0-60 5.6 sec, quarter mile in 14.1, and braking from 60-0 in 121 ft. Well when i found out about the bhp i was a little dissapointed i don't think 265 is respectable enough for this type of car, the is fast handles great and has great brakes but i still don't know if i should buy it or not, please give me ur opinions if the car is at a good price and if it is a good deal. thanx.

RE: need help about buying a bullitt

The Bullitt has the same motor as the Cobra sans blower. I personally would buy a Bullitt if I had the money. I think they're a really great option. From what I've read they're easy to get power out of. I would definately go for one. As far as the price I have no idea, I've never priced one.
