I have looked around and havent been able to find the answers to the following ?'s. Please help, I appretiate it:

1. How do you increase the # of stars that are below your name in a post? is it based strictly on the # of posts or what?

2. What is the number of posts or what factors make you go up a gear, since I am a 3rd gear member, how do I get to be a 4th gear member or 5th gear, overdrive member, etc., etc.

I am sorry if this post is out of place but I know you guys can and will help me and I appretiate it!

your # of stars and your gear rating is determined by your number of posts, when you get another start then you go up another gear, im not sure how many u have to get have acertain number of starts tho

is there a chart or something i can look at to get this info? I have looked for one but cant find anything.
