I'm using Roadrunner as a provider.I'm not going to take the time to modify my internet settings just to come to this site.
I'll come back after its fixed or the offending ad is fixed.

OK i have look into this error more and its all over the net....do a search for "flash9b.ocx error" and tons of hits come up

I did find a couple pages with solutions

http://www.devlib.org/blog/2007/02/2...-crash-issues/

http://www.techsupportforum.com/micr...-question.html

Since i have no issues its hard for me to diagnose and see if these solutions work.

The MF staff will also continue to work on solutions but please give some of the fixes above or elsewhere on the net a try and report back if you find anything that works.....this is not a MF specific problem as you can see, but since you all love this forum and come here all the time it just happens more often for you

Thats teh wierd thing thouhg. I have done all the tricks. Reinstal, use a special uninstaler, reboot after instal, close open apps and then instal. Still only gets me a few minutes unless i jsut turn off the flash9. BTW i had this problem with both IE6 and IE7. THanks for the tips though.

I turned ActiveX back on, and thus far it has not crashed. But it's only been about a half hour. But previously, it would have crashed by now....So hopefully you got it.......

Thanks,
Mike
