Whats up guys. I own a 98 cobra with 20,000 org miles on it. Since i bought the car my transmission(at least i think its my transmission) is noisy as hell. Im trying to deal with it but having a hard time. I took it to a ford dealer and they said to replace the tranny fluid. I put it royal purple(and i def did my research on what kind of fluid to use). Well regardless the synthetic fluid did squat for the noise.

When i start the car or when it is disengaged in neutral its like a hard rolling sound. When you stand next to the car the same noise is heard. Its "chattering" as i would say. Also when getting to high rpm's it whines like a whipple(from the inside of the car).This is extremely frustrating becuase the car only has 20kn it and i would hate to have to replace the trans already.

I have been reading and heard of people talking about how their tremec 600 burnedholes through their flywheel and had the same noise, but i have a stockt-45. All i know isIcould really use some help or advice as to what is going on with my tranny. Please helpmeout thanks.
