Can't add "Friends"
 

Is anyone else having this problem. I have no options to add friends, only Contacts. I was told that I needed at least 50 posts before the option would appear but I've done that and still no friends option.

Does anyone have a clue as to what to do?

Any moderators on here know what's wrong?
