Can't reset password?
 

I lost my password (the one I wrote down does not work.) I tried to use the password reset feature and never received an e-mail telling me how to reset my password. After a couple weeks trying, I accidentally logged on from my netbook using google chrome, the password is stored in this computer/browser (encrypted) so I am finally able to log on to leave this question, but I would hate to have to try and type from this tiny keyboard in order to leave messages all the time.
Anyhow, tried to change my password using the "Forgot Password" option during log-on and now attempted it from my "User Control Panel". The instructions to reset have never been e-mailed to me and I have checked to make sure my e-mail address is correct and have checked my spam folder/filter for messages/problems... nothing.
Is there a setting I am overlooking? Something in My "CP" that is preventing the e-mail from going out to me? I have tried dozens of times over the past few weeks and never get the reset instructions.
