???? Viewing Replying to off topic

I couldn't figure out who the administrator was for the off-topic thread. Any how, when I try to reply to a thread in the off-topic section it says I don't have the privileges to reply in this thread. Can some please help me fix this issue.

It's the forum's 50/30 rule. You need 50 posts and 30 days after signing up to be able to post in sections like Off Topic.

Yep OT posting rules, keeps the trolls and those looking to start a forum war, off of this forum.

^ see above two posts. OT is the bestest place in the world, being as such, you have to earn your spot into the coveted MFOT. You should almost have the thirty days if you don't already, and just hit up the new members section and add some quality posts.

Thanks, I have figured out that its the best thread. When I'm bored at work the most common place to find a thread to reply to is in there
