Can not update AVATAR

I have tried repeatedly to update my avatar phot. I have a file that is: 81 x 64 and only 41.9 KB's and it fails to upload every time.

What am I doing wrong?

Bump...same thing today. My file is smaller than the size required both in KB's and dimensions.

What gives?

Might be a bug in the system or your computer write up a complaint to mustang forums to check system??
