Cant post new pics in garage

a mod will probably need to help with this but when I try to create a new album I get this message as soon as I click on up load pics.This picture exceeds your total album file size quota by 73.7 KB.If anyone can help That would be awesome. thanks.

Just to be clear, you are talking strictly about the garage feature and not "Albums", which are different, right? Are your pictures large in size?
