Can't post a thread...

Hey guys, for some reason - I'm not allowed to post a thread in the 'Off Topic' section. Is there some sort of a glitch or do I have to reach a certain posts number for it?

I wanted to post my Facebook page of my work on cars and trucks and other automotive related things like news, tips, pictures, etc. so that I can get a bigger audience/fans.

There is a 50 post count minimum requirement.
