Why can't I post in Off-Topic

I'm unable to post or reply to anything in Off Topic. I just get a, you do not have permission to access this page.

Certain sections have restricted access. You need to have 50 posts and be a member here for 30 days. You're close on your post count, so it shouldn't take you long to break the threshold. Let me know afterwards if you have any problems.
