Squealing has me at a loss

Squealing has me at a loss
99 Mustang 3.8L... It starts squealing around 700 rpm and stops around 1200 rpm. I've replaced the belt, tensioner pulley, idler pulley, power steering pump, water pump and tried a different alternator. Can someone give me an answer what it might be? Please help
