I'm trying to change from the stock rubber cold air intake pipe into the aluminum pipe on my '99 V6 stang. I've installed everything except for the air filter which needs to be installed from underneath the fender, but I'm not sure how I am suppose to do that from the looks of it. Here is the website generic version of the installation manual. I thank you for all the help and your time.

probably the wrong section, go to the tech section and youll get much better results
