Do all 2002's have ABS

Dealer said my 2002 Mustang had ABS, but it does not have traction control. It has a 3.8 L and the dealer also tried to give me a line that it has posi-traction. I don't quite believe that, but just in case, how can I tell posi-traction rear end from a typical rear end (#'s of bolts, shape or axle code)?

Was ABS standard on all 2002 Mustangs or just an option with traction control?

abs is standard or atleast is on all the mustangs i have ever been around.

as for posi trac i don't think so but a the fun way to tell is do a burn out if you leave two black marks you got a posi.

I have an '02 3.8 and I sure as hell don't have ABS. Driving in the rain is fun.
The dealer I bought mine from tried to tell me that the sound I was hearing when gently breaking, a loud rapid thud, was the ABS engaging. Wrong, the pads and rotors on most of the fords of that year are notorious for wearing at nearly the same speed. I had them resurface the rotor three times before they would replace them.
You might want to look into getting better rotors, at least ones that are not Ford OEM.
