Ive got aIebach springs in my 88 gt which was totalled and I want to swap them into my new 95 gt. First, will they fit alright? I figured they will... secondly how hard of a job is it? I wasn't the one to put them in the 88 so I don't have a clue.
I dont know much about cars, but I put the Eibach pro kit and kybs in my 90 stang. you can rent a spring loader at most auto places. just call around. or check out a rental place.
you have to compact the spring to put it in. or take it out for that matter. if they are lowering springs you will need caster/camber plates. I found that out the hard way.
for the most part. The plate is a must. Basicly it adjusts how your tires meet the pavement. also bring your car in for an alignment when you are done.
Can the car stand itself without springs? Or will I have to find some ols springs to put in there when im done... I just need it able for a tow truck to pick it up.
