well, we gotta know what engine you have, and what year mustang....
Flomaster Series 40's give you a great sound coupled with long tube headers and a basani off road X-Pipe. Run 3" from the headers to the mufflers then 3 1/2" or 4" out the mufflers. Do this for the V6 or the V8. For the V6 you will get more rumble and throaty V8 sound if you replace the cats with streight Test tubes.

I like flowmasters, American Thunders will run around 300-350$, and they will give you a good rumble. Borlas are much better though, but they will run you like atleast 700$. I like shorty headers, and an off road x-pipe too.

Sup,
I have mac h pipe and kept the stock exhaust on my cobra. I cut the cats off of course and the car has a mean grunt which everyone says sounds so good. I left it like that for now since i am still paying off the car so later i will probably get some flow masters.
good luck man
