With the kind of power you are making that might be the problem. You could try a cheap upgrade on the pump. Moroso makes an aftermarket fuel pump spring: Part Number: 65770 that brings the pump pressure from 12 to 19 pounds and increases overall flow.
I think the price is about $7.50. One other thing to look at is the wiring to the pump. Are you running the pump through a relay? If the gauge is not big enough, and it is a long run, the pump will run slower and not deliver the fuel needed. I had that problem for a when the battery kept going down between rounds. Took me a while to figure out why the car kept going slower as the day went on...
As the car is moving forward it wants to push the fuel back, so you need good pressre and volume.

tthats correct also pulling a g or 1,5 gs will lose pressure to the reg a couple of pounds ,,bg 400s are the **** dude ,,the money they cost its worth it ,,more motors are blowed up due to lack of fuel ,,cant skimp there,,

bg 400's? pumps - yeah it does need to be re-done, but looking at the specs on the pump you would think that it would be fine

im running the mallory 140 dose just fine ,,got holley blue pump just for my nos ,,but my tannk to carb line is 3/8 in..line made new pickup tube out of 3/8 brake tubing it past houses ,,the stock line i have ruuning on the holley blue to the nos plate,,i dont like the holley red pumps...the blue arent really enoght either for carb,,thats why i got the mall 140.. the bgs are bad i seen them flow a gallon of gas in less than 10 seconds were my 140 pump is flowing a gallon in 28 secounds..holley blue in 45 secounds ,,

Listen to hotrodman...BG400 is the way to go. I run BG400 for both sides. N2O and carb. off the same pump. When you look at the specs on pumps, you are looking at free flow. Things change when it is in the car. I had a Holley Blue for my N2O side a few years ago. It went "belly up" and I lost the motor. One positive comment on Holley..they chipped in some $$$ when I proved it was their pump.

Yep. Spray out of the gate. I have a transbrake and an RTD box. I stage the car, push the T/B button. It pulls 12V away from the solenoids. I purge the system with my left thumb, hold the T/B with the right thumb. I wait for the other guys stage light to come on, and plant my foot to the floor. It brings it up to 5200 RPM on a rev limiter. I release the button on the top yellow, and the RTD box counts it down. When the T/B releases, it puts 12V back on the soleniods and N2O is flowing. It flashes to 5800 RPM, shifts at 7800 RPM on a Shifnoid.

what size tire you got ???my 60 fts are 1.63 with my old tires mt ets with cords showing ,,to run a 9,99 what do my 60 fts need to be???

I run 10.5 x 28 x 15 MT slicks, about 10 pounds of pressure, with rim screws. Looking back over my time slips your 60 foot would have to be a low, low 1.40 or quicker.
