I said inch pounds, go back and reread my post!!!

Again, if you know this why are you asking? Go ahead and tighten it to 15Ft lbs and let me know how many bolt you break and how much of that gasket squeases out the sides from all that pressure.

the reason i ask is because i was not sure, and if your gonna go out in left feild and tell me ("lbs) be more specific, because i do everything based on foot pounds, sorry i misunderstood you, but it would have been cool to be more specific and just say (inch pounds)
i did'nt mean to ruffle your feathers, i did not understand ("lbs) was inch instead of (foot lbs) i thought you meant 86 foot pounds!

It's ok, I don't know how much, or little you know about cars. But inch pounds are inch pounds and foot pounds are foot pounds. You were asking about specific torque specs so I just assumed you knew the difference. Just a minor misunderstanding, no biggie.

i know basic stuff, mostly about motor components, but i have only had my mustang about 2 years, so i have learned a lot, but i have so much more to learn, and i have a good buddy who grew up in the motor city putting motors together from his childhood and helps walk me through pretty much everthing...so yeah just a misunderstanding on my part....
