I am looking for the red rubber fuel pump/line coupler shown in the pictures below. This is on a '98 SC Cobra that has a Walbro in-tank fuel pump inside of the stock in-tank plastic housing. I assume that the same plastic housing is used on all of the 4.6L Mustangs that had a fuel return system. I have been to my local Ford dealer and all they could say was that I needed to buy an entirely new complete in-tank fuel pump because they don't sell these rubber couplers separately. Since they are charging $550 for a new pump, I will remove one of these from a junkyard car before I buy a new pump from Ford. However, I would like to find a new set of these if at all possible before going that route. I have been to several rubber manufacturers and autoparts stores, but no one has been able to find anything close to this yet in any of their catalogs or inventory. So, I am asking to see if anyone has run across this problem before and if they were able to find this rubber coupler anywhere. Thanks.
