Default Eibach Sportline Lowering Springs on '06

I recently bought an 06 GT that is sucking the money out of my bank account at a rapid pace. I've put a CAI, reprogrammed with a Diablo Sport Predator, put Borla cat backs on and it only has 1700 miles on it. My most recent adventure was putting Eibach Sportline lowering springs on and I have to say the car looks straight up MEAN! I love the way it sits now but I think I have a problem. I knew going in that the car was going to be drastically lowered, but I didn't think it would bottom out so easily on the tiniest of bumps. I still have the stock struts on, does that mean the dampening is too soft and it is allowing the suspension to compress too much, too easily?? Will putting on stiffer struts help at all?? At this point I wouldn't even attempt a speed bumb. If anyone can help, please let me know. Thanks
