Will i need any manual transmission oil to lube anything? will i need to lube the shifter at all before sticking it in? also will i need to add any additional manual transmission fluid in?

No fluid needed - you will however want to put either a gasket in, or a bead of sealant on the bottom of the shifter plate.

just a shifter and a gasket. iam afraid i was going to drop gasket maker all inside the transmission so i went ahead and spent the extra money for a gasket.

i got it from matt like you guys recommended me. over at http://www.stangmods.com

it costs like 10 bux more but it comes with a free gasket.. which is worth like 10bux anyways. so i went ahead and ordered it threw http://www.stangmods.com
