Mustang won't start

Ok well my mustang just stopped working on me. I parked it and it won't start the next day. I replaced the cap, rotor, wires, and plugs. Its getting fuel because there is fuel on the spark plugs. I think that maybe the timing might have jumped but i don't know how to check that. Can someone help me.

Does it have spark?

3 things you need to make ANY motor run compression fuel and spark.
-P.
PS: Check for spark.

how about your TFI module and magneto inside the distributor.

whats the TFI module and magneto. Its getting spark i know that, when i take the first spark plug out and keep the wire on it and just turn it over you can see the spark.

i dunno if this will help in your case, but try poppn the clutch if you got a manual car. again i dunno if this will help you in any way because i dunno whats going on when you try to start the car

If the car aint starting spark plugs aint the problem. They are on an entirely different system. If the motor is turning over then I dont know what could be wrong. Check all your fuses and make sure you have good connections everywhere. Also pull your starter and bench test it to make sure it works.

hello... i don' t know if this will help you or not, but what about your battery? what about your solenoid/starter thing? my other vehicle did the same thing, and its the solenoid , that you have to whack to get it to start.... i mean it won't even turn over until then, so im having to have my starter taken out and rebuilt.... but i can start it by popping the clutch....

RE: Mustang won't start

He said he can see sprak which would indicate that the car is cranking over...therefore not battery alternator solenoid or starter...my geuss would be fuel...I da know if that car is carbeurated but if it is try and poor some fuel directly into the carb and crank and see what happens
