Todays high-flow cats don't eat up HP like the highflow cats of the 80's...

Just make it legal and enjoy passing emissions without any worries.

dont waste yr money on a new pipe wit cats. just go on ebay or look around for someone parting out their car, and buy a stock h pipe. i passed my e-check in ohio a few days ago with a bbk x pipe wit cats, but the left cat had very little or no honeycomb in it cuz it blew outta the cat into the pipe right before the mufflers. if your car is 1996 or newer htey just hook yr car up to a computer and check to make sure u havnt tampered with anything. then they check the pressure of your gastank. they wont even put the wand to the tailpipe if its 96 or newer. BUT if its smoking or if your exhaust smell is overwhelming they will. u have no chance of passing with an offroad pipe.

If you get an off-road H and your state does just the OBDII test AND your inspections are done by a friendly mechanic who will pass it visually, you'll probably be fine. If your state requires the sniff test, you're screwed.
