Default Time for a New Clutch Any good ones out there

Anyone have any Good idea's on clutches? Mine's on the way out and after this coming weekend i'm sure it will be Toast. I need a good clutch.. Thanks guy's

Centerforce has always been a good clutch, kind of pricey though, Ford motorsports makes a good one too, i think its called King Cobra. now for a clutch thats not going to be abused to bad is the Borg Warner big brute, it has suprising holding power

Yeah I would have to agree with WNDSOR, Centerforce makes a damn good clutch. I personally like the Zoom Kevlar clutches....

It depends on how much you want to spend. You can get the Ford Racing clutch at Summit Racing for $169.99, or if you want to spend about $300 or more, you can shop around for a McLeod or Centerforce or Hays clutch.

Mcleod is a good clutch but it's such a good clutch your tranny might go out before it does LOL.

For everyday or semi use and nothing over around 300-350rwhp I say the King Cobra. Anything over that go with a Stage 1 or higher as the King Cobra has problems with the material sheering right off the disc.

I really like my new mcleod. Disengages right as you push down the pedal, and feels really smooth.
