Default Help w/ rear brakes 94 GT

I know someone asked this question a few days ago. How do you get the rear brake pistons to move back to install new pads? I have tried turning them clockwise and they dont sink back in. I know there were a few other suggestions but I cant remember them and I can find the post it was. Its the last thing for me to do to get my pony vack on the road, Please help. Any advice would help alot. I have tried to compress them back in with a clamp and a home made press but nothing works. I also have not craked the bleeders or any of the lines because it was supposed to be a "simple" swap Now its been a 3 hour ordeal.

Its a pain. Twist piston and push in at same time.
