Hey, im planning on getting a 1990 mustang gt in a couple of months. i need advice on what kind of exhaust i should get for my stang. im looking for something that sounds like a deep throaty rumble and something that sounds nice at idle too. something that is not budget costly . any advice would help. thanks

Flowmasters sound awesome, especially with a 5.0

I hear there are many series when it comes to flows eg; 40, 70 series. what would sound best? And should i have to add headers to maximize the sound or is it fine to leave them stock? Also is there a big difference between catbacks and regular pipes because then i might consider buying a cobra rear bumper.

get an O/R h-pipe and itll sound like sex. a friend of mine has 40 flows with an O/R h, and it sounds soooo nice

I was wondering, will there be a lot of resonance inside the car or will it be manegable.

Original 40`s are not as bad as some say. You can always get deltaflow 40`s. They make the interior noise a little less.

I have 3" Mac LT 1 3/4, 3" Mac Prochamber, 3" 1-chamber flows and 3" flowmaster tailpipes..

Original 40's it is then!! How good does it sound when it comes to idling? I want to know that it sounds bad *** when the pony is on as well as when i hit the gas pedal.
