My Experience with RPMoutlet.com
Well, some of you may have heard me complain earlier this week with RPM's lack of response to a question I e-mailed them almost a week ago. I finally got a response from them after a bit of pressure was applied. This is more than I can say for a few companies I've dealt with in the past.
Chris Relken of RPMOutlet was helpful and did apologize for the delay. It appears my exhaust kit (Pypes SFM53) is on backorder which is why they took it off their web site. Since RPMOutlet has responded to me and at least let me know what the problem is, I am giving them a second chance. I'm waiting to see what additional details they have on the kit (how long it's on back order for and whether the price will be the same) to see if maybe I have to hide the money to keep from spending it on something else!
