i have a 1998 gt mustang and almost everyone i see can have there fog lights on without having the head lights on my fog lights dnt work unless i have the headlights on why is this??

it wasn't till like the 01's when they were able to do it.

i have a few friends who just wire it to the parking lights, so when they have their parking lights on, it comes on.

no, its easy... i did it on my 98 cobra, if you take out the tray from the arm rest/glove box by taking off the two small rubber bumpers, there is screws under them. Then you take the wiring harness and seperate it. There were two wires right across from eachother, i forget what they were? black/red and red/blue? its on the forum somewhere... but it takes two seconds to do.

i beleive they started doin that in 99 not 01...cuz all the new edges ive seen can do it, and ive got a 2000
