I'm still trying to figure out wtf he is talking about, LoL. I mean.... I guess i can see how it may be possible in theory.. But I'd have to see it in person or see some test results to verify. I have the AODE so I can only speak for that. And I know there's no way that going to 4.10s would increase my top speed. Just ain't happening.

theoretical top speed with 3.27's in 4r70w is 193 mph(at 5800 rpm in 4th)...but you don't have the power in your car to reach it
you probably don't have enough power to get much past 150 mph

with 373's your top speed would be ~170 mph at 5800 rpm in 4th and you will still have enough power to pull up to 5800 rpm with 3.73's

now with 4.10's in your 4r70w your top speed at 5800 rpm would be ~154 mph

but if you have a really really long straight strip of road, the 3.27's will give you the highest top speed, but it will take several miles to get up to speed

for the love of god get 4.10's or nothing.....ESPECIALLY IN AN AUTO!!! i don't know what severe is talking about. i have 3.73's (tremec tko) w/ over 700whp...80mph at 2400rpms. who gives a **** about top speed...how often are you going to go 150+mph?? acceleration is what you want and that is what you'll get w/ 4.10s

yep, car doesnt have the power to pull through 4th with stock gears and with 4.10s it would, you theroretical top speed would decrease, but your actual top speed would increase, and how often do you plan on driving 160 mph?

its so hard to decide people say 373 and people say 410's im in a big debate over it wow i guess its personal pref. im leaning towards the 410's but i dnt want my rpms to be so high on the freeway
