Best motor oil for summer and winter?

I live in Utah, where there are four seasons. What is the best weight oil to use in my 02 GT?

here i use 10w-40 full syntetic. im more worry about the second number since here is ****ing hot as hell on summer (texas).. not that thick for the pump to circulate the oil on cold morning and still doesnt break down the hot afternoon. dunno, if there is 5w-40..
