nobody mentioned vortech yet? theyre a quality manufacturer. i like the idea of centrifugal cuz in just normal daily driving...youre not makin boost so you dont waste gas or wear on the engine or anything. but when youre racing youre pretty much always in the powerband making boost anyways so it doesnt hurt performance.

kenne bells dont do that either, dunno where u heard that. The diff is Kenne bells are always pushing full capacity, but when you're not under a load it just recirculates the air...

Preferably I would go a turbo over a supercharger when I do it this december with my christmas bonus. A supercharger is much simpler yes, but I prefer having the ability to control the lbs. With a boost controller I can do 4 lbs for daily driving and when someone pulls right up to me I can put 15-16 psi or more in a jiffy. Not to mention the blow off valve will give me something to do every now and then on traffic jams.

What's the compression on the 3v's? I doubt you'll be able to throw 15-16 lbs on stock internals....if you can then that's impressive.

Some of these responses kill me. Man, just put a screw on it of your choice, and you'll be happy Saleen series V > KB > Saleen series IV

I know I wont be last long at 15psi on stock internals, but that just gives me a good excuse to make it 5.0 L when it breaks.

Get a kb 2.6L with kb theres no boost lag like on prochargers and turbos etc. go with a kenne bell they sound awesome and perform great, they also have a 2.1L i would go with the 2.1L unless your going to build your bottom end for a supercharger, only one downfall about kb there support SUCKS!!!! but they make the best superchargers on my watch!
