whenever it rains, the passenger side carpet is soaked. It is not the Cowls that are leaking as I have run water in there and not found anything and they were patched a few years ago and it seems to have worked, and there is no apparant water on the kickpanel. I am assuming the water is either dripping behind the dashboard or BEHIND the kickpanel. Where is the water entering from?

it could be leaking from behind the dash like you said, a friend of mine had to pull the passenger dash apart and seal it up.

or the windsheild i had the same problem. and it was coming from the windsheild. keep an eye on the back window they leak there too.

A friend of mine discovered a leak where the wiper arms are fitted to the wiper motor.If you take off the wiper arms and the grill you may notice some rust in that space.
