New engine

I decided to order a 427w stroker off of fordcobraengines.com. Do you guys have any suggestions on some things i should do or get for the engine?

How does it come as far as accessories?? i.e. intake , carb, ignition, etc..

heads 205 afr's
cam..? is it a roller block?
