Looks sweet, but wife is really itching for a 5-sp and if I can't please her, it won't happen. I suppose it could be converted though. That car looks like it's beautiful shape.

Check with KBB.com for local listings,
Also check local small dealers. A 93
convert went local for $2500 8 miles
from me. Some people think the stick
makes it worth less.
Good luck

I didn't know that kbb had the listings until this thread. I've been checking autotrader and a few other sites so hopefully I'll be able to get something soon. I've been checking all the local small dealers (which there are a ton of since the auction is the next town over) and I've got one with a buyer down south looking for cars at the auctions down there as well. You do have a nice looking 89 though, did you just have it painted?

Yes I have the equipment so only the cost of
the paint, hardner, thinner,surface putty,
sandpaper, cleaner, and 70 degree weather
is needed.
If you are painting the same color you
don't have to paint inside the hood or
trunk of door frames.

That's excellent. It's pretty much what I'm looking to do as well. My friend has the homemade spray booth set up in one of his barns and will work with me on the paint. I've done body work, but never spraying. He's done several of his cars including a 78 Camaro Z28 he just restored. The next one is working on is 68 mustang that he's going to do a Shelby look alike. Looks like you did a great job, you've got a pretty good shine going on it.
