Default Opinions on Quiet Car sound proofing

Has anyone tried this product? It sounds good. It's painted on versus a mat like Dynamat. What do you think? I was looking to quiet down my muffler noise when riding and possibly under the car for less road noise.

I would say any sound proofing you do to your car to do it from the INside versus outside. Inside will last longer vs outside where, depending on where you live, can actually encourage rust.

Another thing you can do is add a straight thru resonator to the exaust. You would have it welde in at the longest portion of the pipe.
This cuts the resonance of that particular section in half and to some degree stiffens the two remaining sections. If you think of the sections as tuning forks it makes more energy is required to it get them ossilating and raises the resonance frequency.

Another method of quieting the exaust is mass dampening. You clamp a weight to the pipe and move it up down the lengnt for the most effective location.
