Default 3.8 to 5.0 or 4.6 convers

IF anyone knows anything or knows were to find information about what is needed to do a 3.8 to 5.0 or 4.6 conversion I would greatly appreciate it. Also what are the differences in the v6 and v8 chassis.

4.6 has better power and it is lighter, 5.0 is just heavier but is good for bragging rights.
