Get the C&L system.

04Mustang is happy with his, based on my recommendation...right, Kev??

I have it on my Mach, still waiting for C&L to get the damn inlet pipe done.

Ok, I think a lot of people are confused about air intake. An intake won't "make" any power at all. The question is how much flow will it support.

And I guess I might as well get my "I Love Kenne Bell" hat on. But in my eyes, the Kenne Bell CAI wins this contest too. It'll support you up to 825 HP. After that, you'll need to upgrade again. Cool thing is, it's ONLY $153!!! It's not metal, and it has a 12" K&N filter. I have one sitting in the box waiting until I get the 90MM MAF and 75 MM T/B from Kenne Bell.

Don't flexible hoses such as the one on the end of the Ken Bell CAI you just listed disrupt air flow?

I imagine if you could have a perfectly smooth straight tube it would be best. But I don't think the 12" filter would fit in place of the stock airbox. I think as long as you have a fairly straight shot before the MAF it's ok. The billet aluminum piece before the MAF is supposed to help smooth the airflow (which is what the screen is designed to do anyway).
