Seat problems...
Alright, so I just bought a 96 Mustang GT Coupe. The seats are stock and don't have power anything. Anyways, I went to pick up my girlfriend and drive around a bit. Well, I had only been in the passenger seat once and I didn't have this problem because the seat was in a position where it did lock. Anyways, the problem is this on the backrest part where it adjusts to the tilt of your body the thing has a problem locking. You can tell it wants to lock, because it only slips back in certain situations (high acceleration, large bumps, and if you apply pressure to the back of the seat). Does anybody know how this can be fixed or if a totally new seat will need to be bought. Thanks for the answers. Bye
