Hello all, new to this forum.

I have some questions about a project I'm working on. I own a 96 auto 3.8 stang and I just purchased a 95 Cobra 5.0 to put in it.
I have been told the auto will bolt up to it but I would like to confirm that. Also what will I need as far as wiring harness and Computer. In a nut shell what else is needed to make this swap work? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

YOU WILL NEED EVERYTHING

all wires for interior of car computer , engine dash ect you will also need rear end , gauges and master cylinder

v6 tranny wont hold up long with a 5.0 also

Thanks for the reply. The Trans just needs to last a month until I have enough cash for one from a V8. I had no clue about the master cylinder! Why does this need to be changed? Also you said the dash wiring and guages have to be changed, it this because of the new EEC? This will be my first swap I have ever done so I'm trying to make sure that I get all my facts straight and I get all the parts I need layed out. I just want to make sure I don't buy anything I don't need. Thanks for your help.

click here, this is what you SHOULd do and is cheaper and easy ane you can run high 13s
