RPM Rise 2007 GT MAN
This may sound like a dumb question but I'm not sure if it is a problem or my driving techniques. Probably me but wanted to make sure. Has anyone experienced a rise in RPM when you shift with clutch depressed and no pressure on gas pedal?

I believe, but dont quote me, that is part of the tourque management system, the computer wants to match rpm's as you shift.

Buncha nOObs! Learn how to shift!
J/K BTW. LOL!! [8D]
Yeah, I heard something about that. I like the system MB has in their cars. The 7 speed automatic that shifts as many as four gears down when slowing and will "blip" the revs to match the new gear better.

How long you been driving stick?
I just taught my GF and she's doing a lot better thanI thought. She kinda drove an 83 Datsun 280ZX for a week or two that was stick so she kinda had an idea, but since it was older, she just beat the hell out of it. She now has a 07 Scion tC 5 speed and she's getting really good.
