Default trouble shifting into 1st gear.

im having trouble shifting into pretty much any gear, but first is the hardest. when the car is off i don't have a problem. it's not the clutch, cuz i just had that replaced with the entire clutch kit, flywheel pp, t.o. bearing. can anyone lead me int he right direction?

Clutch could be out of adjustment. Does it engage at the top of the pedal? If so, that's the problem.

syncro issues may be the culprit too, t5's are pieces of ****. You may need to rebuild the actual tranny, I would check the clutch first too, what actually happens when u try to. of course it grinds, but does it seem like once u try puttin it in the second time the grinding is much less and it just slips in, or do you have slight intermittent issues with 2nd gear also, if so, i would check your tranny.
