Anyone heard or used these mufflers?
There made by Cherry Bomb, I saw them on HorsePower Tv when a host said they were most commonly used on muscle cars back in the late 60's and early 70's.

They have been around for years.
Cops would give you tickets for loud
mufflers then and I guess they would
give you tickets now.
The trick is to get the best sounding muffler
that you can live with and not offend the
police officer.
You could also install an exhaust "cut out"
that lets you run straight at the pull of a
bendix cable.
I am currently running $47 NAPA mufflers
and I can still hear my wife comming home
about a 1/4 mile away. Not loud, but deep.

Unless you're running a single pipe, 3" I/O is too big for you. And it wouldn't sound good on a single pipe exhaust.
Glasspacks sound great when installed with the right sized pipe. Too small of a pipe gives you a raspy sound. Too big doesn't do anything.
