mustang horsepower

what in the hell is ford thinking when mini vans with v-6's having more horsepower than the gt? been out car looking and now the 05 stang is at the bottom of my list I guess a s2000 or 350z is in the card or maybe an 05 chevy

the 05 *mustang* dyno'd at 300 hp 325 tq at the crank assuming 15% drivetrain loss. Take that for what you will, but the mustang dyno is typically 12% under dynojet numbers

That sounds crazy. I've always thought Ford needs to make a bigger step than what they always make, but oh well, just my opinion.

I agree...chevy sits over there year after year with about 350 hp's....ford take 15 years to creep up on it...the fox always have the wieght advantage..but not anymore......they need a low option lx model.. don't they get it we want a 5.4 under the hood
