5.0 to 4.6 four valve swap

I just trashed my 1994 5.0 two valve, am wanting to swap it with a 4.6 four valve out of an 03 mach 1. Is it possible?

Yes, but why? The 5.0L will make more power for less money.

I don't know about that.. wouldn't the Mach motor make more power than a '94 5.0?

Stock for stock, yes. Dollar for dollar, not even close. 400hp from a 302 is cheaper than 350 from a 4.6L DOHC, and the 302 will produce significantly more low end power.

Yes modding fox motors is cheaper, but if he already has the Mach motor then that's a real inscentive to go modular especially if he can do the conversion work himself. We may never know, the guy seems to be a 1-post wonder
