Firing order for 1972 351w? HELP

I was wondering if anyone on here knew the firing order for this windsor also where to set the timing? Would advance or retarding give me more power? thanks for any help

Start at 8* and advance until you either ping or start missing at high rpm. Go 1-2* each time.
