supercharger question

ok for those of u that dont know i got a 331 stroker at 10.5:1 comp. what im looking to do is throw in low comp pistons to lower to 8:1 or 8.5:1, im searching for a supercharger with excellent hp % gains and something i can run safely, i was looking at procharger but im not sure wich one would be better p-1sc or a d-1sc and i was also does anyone know what these kits come with and what i might need to buy to install them. also i was looking at the KB blowers. any other suggestions? trying to find the most bang for the buck and be affordable still

RE: supercharger question

No need for the D-1SC. You'll be more than happy with the P-1SC. If you get it, it comes with everything you need to install it, right down to the battery relocation kit. I bought a P-1SC for my 95GT last summer and I love it.

RE: supercharger question

RE: supercharger question

The P-1SC will hold 30 PSI of boost and will hold 825 HP. In other words, you aren't gonig to get anywhere near either one of those levels without some SERIOUS block upgrades first :D

I'm not sure which one is louder to be honest. I've never heard the D series run.

Here's a link to Procharger Specs
