Default RPM's still coming down too slow

After replacing my Idle air control, and adjusting my TPS to .98 volts, I still have a huge problem with my rpms coming down in between shift, and when I rev the car period. I am beginning to think this may be a computer problem, any insight would be very valuable.

ecu has been reset, and a smoke test has been done to check for vacuum leaks

I am going by Tach and engine sound. Smoke test was done a technicianat a garage. Everything is tight and on the mark. It has got to be something electrical

Is your throttle body stock or aftermarket? Is it closing all the way?

My car does it too, revs come down REALLY slow, but it did that bone stock.... Lighter flex plate and driveshaft might help?

I have an aftermarket throttle body. 70mm BBK. And this never did it when the car was totally stock

I dunno how bad yours does it, but alot of folks complain about a hanging idle with aftermarket throttlebodies ... I dont have a problem with mine, but I've got a FRPP unit
