86 5.0 with E7's??? HELP!!!!
 

SoI picked up a 86 5.0 motor today and it has E7 heads on it. I heard that these are not good from someone. This is a quote from him

("Ummm....E7 heads on a `86 motor is no-no unless some-one had the pistons fly-cut.Everyone I have ever heard run without doing so has a tick that the owner just can`t figure out!!!")

e7s are ok,put big vales,and a port job,and they are pretty good.....flow like around 190s or so...save a few more$ and get a set of windsor jrs,srs,for 839.00..and there a big upgrade..and alotta guys run them in racing with 11s in 1/4 mile
